We chose RPCC for this project based on our prior experience with the company and because the house is a modern design. We simply felt no other construction company in this area had the ability to handle a residential project of this complexity. Key to this decision is the fact that Rodney Wilhite, an RPCC vice president who oversees construction, has a degree in architecture. This proved invaluable in interpretation of the design documents. In addition to the issues specific to our home construction projects, RPPC has several qualities which will prove valuable on any project: quality of workmanship, direct and honest communication, and detailed budget and billing documents.
