Project Description:
This Retail Facility was constructed on St. George Island, Florida in 4 months.  The construction consists of a Pre-Engineered metal building with a stucco front and sides and a standing seam metal roof system.  The structure is rated for 140mph as it is located on a barrier island.  The facility included approximately 7,000 sf of retail space along with a coffee shop and upstairs storage.  The site development included the installation of a new setic system and stormwater treatment facility.
